About me

My first social media gig was as a “floating” community manager at Microsoft, filling in as needed for accounts like Skype, Windows and Xbox — switching from one wildly different account to another daily.

10+ years later I’m still obsessed with tone and voice, making sure each brand (from CRM software to beloved coffee brands) sounds like itself instead of everyone else. I love hopping on a trend, but am not afraid to let them go if they aren’t the right fit.

Now that you know a bit about lea the copywriter, here’s a little bit about lea the human:

• The loml is a black and white mutt named Boone. We both enjoy long walks, laying in the sun and paddling in our little red canoe.

• At home you can usually find me reading (anything and everything), baking or working on some sort of fiber craft (experienced embroiderer and mender, novice knitter)

• I’ve lived in the Seattle area since 2014 by way of Spokane (go zags), but was born and raised in Arizona. Yes, I still struggle with the winters.

• I’m an enneagram 2 and a Sagittarius, if that means anything to you :)
